Dutch Oven & Kanadisch Räuchern (approx. 3 hours) - no prior knowledge necessary
Discover the secrets of campfire cooking with roasting and braising using the Dutch oven of the Wild West, the Potjies from South Africa, or the Peka of the Mediterranean. Be surprised by the variety of possibilities - from juicy stew to layered meat, farmhouse duck, and crispy crackling roast, all the way to cinnamon rolls, cakes, and bread. Additionally, we will take you into the world of smoking kitchen - smoking as it used to be, but with modern devices. Learn to love and recognize different types of smoking wood and smoking techniques. You will prepare your own jerky or biltong - a nutritious and popular snack for barbecue fans. This guarantees a flavorful experience, and you will surprise family and friends with your homemade smoked products.
During the individual courses, open questions will be answered, and afterwards, you can share your experiences and impressions with other participants and your grill trainers over a multi-course menu and receive your personal participation certificate.
The grilling seminar takes place in the idyllic garden area of a historic villa, surrounded by more than 100 grilling devices - a paradise for grill fans!
