With their program "Above the Clouds", the Berlin Comedian Harmonists invite you on a musical journey between nostalgia and the present. The ensemble spans decades of music history. Five voices and a piano merge into a harmonious sound body that has been delighting audiences for over twenty years. The six musicians masterfully preserve the spirit of the original Comedian Harmonists while simultaneously setting new, fresh accents. Thus, an evening full of charm, humor, and emotion is created - a concert experience that connects tradition and modernity as gracefully as it is artistically.

The two full-blooded comedians Heinz Marecek and Erwin Steinhauer will bring their successful program “Was lachen Sie?” back to the stage on the occasion of Heinz Marecek's 80th birthday on September 17, 2025. The program, which was sold out over 120 times throughout Austria more than 25 years ago, not only offers the classic double conference – with Steinhauer as the "smart one" and Marecek as the "silly one" – but also solo pieces by the two acting legends. The comeback is supported by years of stage experience, pointed humor, and a deep appreciation for the Viennese cabaret tradition. Exciting Adventures in the Jungle
A young family shipwrecks and is attacked by wild animals shortly after landing on the African coast. Left behind is a young boy, who is taken in and raised by the ape Kala as her own child. Despite finding a home with the apes and a good friend in the ape girl Tee, Tarzan still feels that he doesn't truly belong with them, even after years, under the leadership of Kerchak. The feeling of needing to find his place in the world becomes even stronger when Tarzan encounters humans for the first time. Professor Porter, his curious daughter Jane, and the shady Olivia Clayton are on an expedition to explore the jungle. Atlanta, Georgia, 1948: Miss Daisy is a 72-year-old retired schoolteacher. After causing an accident one day while driving her car, her son Boolie buys her a new vehicle and hires the Black Hoke Coleburn as a chauffeur just to be safe. Hoke, not exactly young at 60 himself, is a calm, wise man, making him the ideal counterpart to the egocentric Miss Daisy, who stubbornly refuses to accept his services. With persistence and undeterred by some unfriendly remarks from the old lady, Hoke eventually manages to get Miss Daisy to enter the car, and gradually, during their shared outings, a respectful sympathy develops between the mismatched pair. What initially has the charm of a rebellious taming evolves into a societal piece with depth and subtle overtones and undertones, without completely dissolving the game of closeness and distance between the two main characters. The real historical context from which the two protagonists come provides enough dynamism for lasting tension, representing spheres that could hardly be more different: here the wealthy, educated Jewish Southern lady, and there the Black employee from the lower class in an era when racial segregation almost inherently defined people's everyday lives in the USA.

The mysterious Zen monastery Shaolin in the heart of China has been the spiritual center of Zen Buddhism and the training ground for monks mastering Kung Fu for over 1,500 years. For millions of devout Buddhists, it is a holy place; for martial arts enthusiasts, the center of energy.

For many hundreds of years, interested students from a young age have sought out the monastery to find their master, to be initiated into the secrets of traditional combat practices. Those who find their master have the chance to gain spiritual maturity and physical powers that allow them to master their Qi (life energy).

But the path to becoming a Shaolin master is difficult and long: years of practice, endurance, and self-denial are required, and a life according to the strict rules of Damo, the mysterious founder of the monastery, is a prerequisite.

"Shamis Weg nach Shaolin" tells the story of a child on his quest for mastery. The show showcases the fascinating and mysterious practices of the monks, their masterful control of Hard Qi Gong, as they shatter sticks and iron bars on their bodies, demonstrating that even the most sensitive areas of the body can withstand the tips of spears.
