And another anniversary awaits ABBA fans in 2024:
50 years ago in April, the worldwide and almost ten-year unstoppable triumph of ABBA began in Brighton at the Eurovision Song Contest. The winning title at that time was Waterloo, delighting the music world worldwide. The event was broadcasted in 32 countries and seen by 500 million television viewers. Although ABBA had been active as a pop music group before 1974 and was not unknown in Sweden, the real, global explosion of enthusiasm came through the Grand Prix performance on April 6, 1974.

The rest is history. I do, I do, I do followed Waterloo at number 1 in Switzerland and South Africa, S.O.S in Germany at number one and in the top six in the UK. Mamma Mia then generated mass enthusiasm in 1975 starting from Australia, which still continues decades after their dissolution and has brought ABBA almost 400 million (!) sold records and recordings. And because the thirst for action is still greater than the nocturnal urge to urinate, he takes this "round" as an opportunity to treat himself to a new solo program. Because when one suddenly finds themselves in the 50+ target group as a so-called Best Ager, only humor can help against the lead in the legs and the silver in the hair.

Supposedly, 50 is the new 30. Or is that only true for the local area? Even if 10 PM becomes the new midnight, the new skin care still doesn't have to be Voltaren instead of Nivea. It still pays off to buy long-life milk. Making diet plans, dyeing hair, whitening teeth, all of that is for pop-up seniors who see crowdfunding as a detox cure. His motto, on the other hand, is: "being sensible is like being dead, but before" and brings back the cheeky kid.

Exactly at that pivotal point in life, where the balance lies between looking well-groomed and being well taken care of, one asks oneself if everything really was better in the past and if so, why not? Alexander Eder & Band

It is said so beautifully: "He came, saw, and conquered"! This is how one can describe Alexander Eder's triumphant journey through the venues of Austria, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland during his "Die nicht GANZ NORMAL"-tour. Practically everywhere displayed the "sold out" sign, the concerts themselves were, as Eder describes, "simply the absolute best everywhere. I thank my fans for this incredible energy and atmosphere – simply not quite normal!"

Just like the performance of Eder and Band themselves, who brought the house down everywhere. Currently, there is probably no comparable act in the "Rampensau" category that captivates the audience from the very first second and still takes a long time for his fans for selfies & more after the shows. And now Alexander Eder is going on tour again.

The Voice
Actually, Alexander Eder wanted to become an actor, but during a school musical performance, he discovered his talent as a singer. Alexander, who already played trumpet, drums, and guitar, then studied pop and jazz singing at the Prayner Conservatory in Vienna. And it was, at the latest, when he caused a sensation in the 8th season of The Voice Of Germany, that his star rose rapidly and unstoppable. Soon followed his first singles, in 2020 his first album "Schlagzeilen", which was followed this year by the magnificent "Ganz Normal". His hits such as 7 Stunden, Für diesen Moment, Ganz normal gestört, Bis zu den Sternen, and many more have been streamed millions of times, and fans can practically recite all the lyrics by heart.
Of course, Alexander Eder also conquered television and show stages. His live performances are unmatched due to their incredible energy and playing joy, and it is not surprising that his first tour "Die nicht ‚Ganz Normal‘-Tournee" has been sold out so far, which is why it will continue in 2024.
