“POMMESGABEL TOUR” extended throughout 2025
The children of Austria want to rock even more, and preferably with HEAVYSAURUS! Behind this name are four dinosaurs and a dragon who bring rock music for the whole family to your ears and to the stage – a true and child-friendly live experience with a bombastic show.
After the sensational entry of “POMMESGABEL” at number eleven on the German charts, the album will receive a lavish re-release on November 29: “POMMESGABEL - RELOAD” contains eight brand new, unreleased songs alongside classics like “Flugsaurier,” “Laser Ninja,” and “Der haarige Kobold (feat. Saltatio Mortis).” There’s also new dinotastic artwork and three formats: CD, CD with a friendship book, and CD with a Santa hat – a lavish package with 20 songs, which is also perfect as a Christmas gift.
In their new songs, HEAVYSAURUS once again deliver powerful riffs, great melodies, and captivating drum beats, to which the little (and big) fans can sing, dance, and go wild as they please. Real rock music, wild and quiet, with lyrics specially created for the little greatest “Dino-Metalheads.”
With the addition “Reload,” the five green-scaled prehistoric creatures also send a greeting towards Metallica, the most successful metal band in the world, and their 1997 album of the same name. Heavysaurus have also arrived in the big metal world, as shown by the reactions from parents, who equally enjoy the authentic songs and live shows. Because Heavysaurus make music for children but not just pure children’s music. Here, both young and old can enjoy.
The “POMMESGABEL TOUR” continues
Since the beginning of the year 2024, Riffi Raffi (guitar), Muffi Puffi (bass), Komppi Momppi (drums), Milli Pilli (keyboards), and of course singer Mr. Heavysaurus have been touring, and by the end of the year, they will have played over 180 shows in the German-speaking area. And the reactions are fantastic: sold-out venues, glowing children’s faces, laughing parents, and countless hands raised with “Pommesgabeln,” the international sign of recognition for metalheads.
Because everyone – whether human, dino, or dragon – is having so much fun, the “POMMESGABEL TOUR” is being extended: HEAVYSAURUS will continue right in January 2025 (and the five professional musicians who are in the cool dino costumes and perform live). 3- to 11-year-olds and their companions of all ages can look forward to a unique concert experience: A band with real instruments on a big stage, with a light spectacle, fog, rain of sparks, balloons, and confetti. And of course with the songs that many children (and parents) can already sing along to, like “Kaugummi ist mega!” or “Rarrr,” the shout of the dinos that many laughing mouths like to call out loudly.
In addition, Heavysaurus continue to be official ambassadors of 'Die Arche,' an organization that supports disadvantaged children and their families. Therefore, the band gladly donates 1 euro from every ticket sold to 'Die Arche.'
For the parents: The concerts take place in the afternoons and at a controlled volume. Wherever possible, there is a designated children’s area with the best view for the little ones right in front of the stage. And don’t worry: The dinos don’t bite.
