Miss Scrooge - Ein Weihnachtsmärchen
Three ghosts will come to you. Expect the first one tomorrow morning when the clock strikes one.
Christmas in the Sixties: Andy Williams, glitter everywhere – a feast for the senses! But not for everyone. The successful Miss Scrooge prefers to work even on Christmas Eve, and her employees are caught along with her. Late in the evening, she sits alone in her office, annoyed by the noise of Christmas carols from the radios, by the intrusive joy of her relatives, by the general waste of money for a single day – which is just like any other. But is it really? The Christmas ghosts that will haunt Miss Scrooge at night think differently!
Charles Dickens' story A Christmas Carol, published in December 1843, is one of the most famous Christmas tales of all time. Director Werner Sobotka energetically shifts the setting to the 1960s and casts Maria Köstlinger as his Miss Scrooge.
