The Musiktheater am Volksgarten in Linz, opened in April 2013, is considered one of the most modern opera houses in Europe. It offers an impressive stage for operas, operettas, musicals, and ballet performances.
The Great Hall accommodates up to 1,200 visitors and impresses with excellent acoustics and state-of-the-art stage technology. Additionally, there are flexible spaces available for various events, including the BlackBox (up to 270 seats), the BlackBoxLounge (up to 150 seats), the Orchestra Hall (up to 200 seats), and the Foyer Stage.
Located centrally at Volksgarten, the Musiktheater is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car. Public parking spaces and an underground garage are located nearby.
