Lonely Spring - it still is what it is

The time leaves traces and heals all wounds, yet the scars remain. Too much has happened and too much has already been experienced. Too much has been seen and too many have left. Too much has been risked and too much lost. Life is the black smoke of cigarettes in the innocent, unsuspecting lungs of youth and naivety. The head is numb from the intoxication of the many lights of passing moments, and the heart unwittingly serves as an ashtray for the fragile souls of those brave enough to love. One wanders through the night and city, and everything feels a bit strange. Hardly does one look at oneself in these streets like war trenches, memories shoot into the mind, wrapped in sweet melancholy. No matter where the thoughts lead, they do not take one to the destination. One longs for a moment of surfacing from the whirlpool that hurls one through life, a brief sigh of relief, even if it changes nothing. One walks down the stairs into a glittering vault and realizes how one can force sadness into absence for just one night. So one places oneself in the midst of the action, becoming one with the euphoria that surrounds and dances. One just wants to dance. This is exactly the spirit that drives LONELY SPRING. LONELY SPRING does not want to offer absolute solutions for all the questions that plague them and their audience, but they open up a momentum for the misfits out there, where they can recharge together for a short time.
LONELY SPRING is three guys who have known each other since school and make music together. Back then still in a rehearsal room in a town of 7000 inhabitants. But the dreams were big and so was the will to reach them. They wanted to change something; they wanted the world to change. Their heroes showed them that anything is possible if you keep getting up and raising your voice, if you sing for the world and for yourself whenever you lose your way. Years later, the time has come: their eyes are set on rock Olympus. They are ready to follow in the footsteps of their heroes. Ready to change everything.
LONELY SPRING is for all those who feel misunderstood, who are constantly admonished to conform in order not to drown in the crowd. LONELY SPRING is a safety net for all those who need to be reminded that they are good just as they are, and that they will not sink in the mass, but will soar above it. Meanwhile, LONELY SPRING comes with a massive pop-punk-emo attitude. Their music is driven by anthemic choruses that stick in your head forever after just one listen. Underpinned by punky drums and driving bass lines, which suggest that Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus might have played them themselves. Topped with melodic singing that sounds as if Avril Lavigne and Panic! At the Disco had conceived a child while watching American Pie.
Even the first single of the current LONELY SPRING era, 'Misfit', has already reached over 2.1 million streams on Spotify and more than 212k views on YouTube. Additionally, LONELY SPRING was part of the German preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest 'Unser Lied für Liverpool' with around 2 million viewers with 'Misfit'. Subsequently, the following single 'Shipwreck' and the release of the pop-punk cover of the ESC classic 'Save Your Kisses for Me', as well as the radio single 'I Just Wanna Dance' and the pop-punk banger 'Future Ex' were all great successes. 'I Just Wanna Dance' was played by many radio stations and even entered the rotation at Bayern3, among others, just like the feature single 'Secondhand Heart', for which LONELY SPRING recruited TikTok star DAMONA.
LONELY SPRING has already achieved 1.6 million streams on Spotify with their debut EP 'Lovers & Strangers'. This includes the single 'For the Sake of Your Heart', which has garnered over 112k views on YouTube. Furthermore, the debut album 'Change The Waters' has been streamed over 2.3 million times on Spotify alone. In addition, songs by LONELY SPRING have been featured on major Spotify playlists, including 'New Music Friday Germany', 'Rock Hard', 'Rock Rotation', 'New Noise', 'All New Rock', 'New Metal Tracks', 'FORYOU', 'New Alt-Rock Mixtape', and 'The Scene'. Moreover, LONELY SPRING has already toured several times through Germany and even Europe, with bands like Our Last Night, Sea Girls, Madsen, and Emil Bulls, and played shows with Enter Shikari, State Champs, Ignite, As It Is, Hands Like Houses, and Being As An Ocean, as well as numerous festivals, such as Open Flair, Taubertal, Bayern3 Fresh Festival, Hammaburg Fest, Free and Easy, and Jukuu Festival, returning to Salzburg.
